1 Sachet Gelatine or 4x Gelatine leaves
3 Scoops (30g) Clear Whey Isolate - Raspberry
- Dissolve the gelatine in hot water according to packet instructions.
- Add 3 scoops of Clear Whey Isolate to 1 pint of water and shake until mixed.
- Add to the dissolved gelatine mix and stir well.
- Pour the mix into a jelly mould or a silicone loaf tin.
- Put in the fridge for 30 mins or so to slightly set.
- Once the mixture is beginning to set, add chopped berries into the jelly.
Leave in the fridge for another few hours (overnight is best). Once fully set, turn out onto a plate and enjoy!
