Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I pay for my order?
    We currently accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, AMEX, Switch and Solo cards. When making a card payment, please ensure that the billing address you enter is the address your card is registered to.
  • How much is delivery?
    All UK Mainland orders over £25 are shipped free of charge, all UK Mainland orders under £25 will incur a flat rate fee of £4. International orders over £50 are shipped free of charge, all international orders under £50 will incur a flat rate fee of £10. Please read the 'Where do you deliver' FAQ to check if we deliver to your address.
  • Who do you use for deliveries?
    We use 3 different couriers for UK Mainland deliveries, if your order is under 1kg in weight and consists of 1-2 small capsule products or single accessories; it will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Anything larger than this will be sent using either DPD or UK Mail.

    If your order is sent via courier it will need to be signed for – normal delivery hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm however, you will receive a text message notifying you of your 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery. If you are not present to sign for your goods, a contact card will be left. If no response is given with 7 working days it may be returned to us. In this event, please contact us to arrange redelivery, please aware that a redelivery fee of £5 may be charged.
  • How long will my order take to be delivered?
    All UK Mainland orders are sent using a next working day delivery service (cut-off time-dependent). If you place your order at 5pm on a Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday. Our standard timescale from placing your order to receiving your delivery is 3 working days.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We deliver to the following locations: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Isle of Man, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to collect deliveries from our Brighton site.
  • Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?
    If your order hasn’t yet been despatched, please call us on 01273 303817 and quote your order number and new address. If it has already been despatched, you can liaise with DPD via text or email in order to re-route your delivery.
  • How do I return an order?

    All UK orders are shipped on a next working day service but it will take approximately 2-3 working days for your order to be despatched.
  • How much protein do I need each day?
    The recommended daily intake of protein is 0.8g of protein per kilogram of body weight. This amounts to 56 grams of protein per day for the average sedentary man, and 46 grams per day for the average sedentary woman.
  • I've heard that too much protein is bad for your health, is this true?
    Insofar as too much of anything is bad for you. The recommended daily intake of protein is 0.8g of protein per kilogram of body weight - caution and medical consultation is advised if significantly exceeding this recommendation.
  • What is the difference between all your protein based products? (Instant Whey PRO, Natural Whey, 100% Native Whey, 100% Whey, Micro Whey Micellar Casein etc)?
    The products vary in protein strength. For example, 100% Whey has (70%, Instant Whey Pro has 80% and Micro Whey has 85%. Other proteins are more specialist, such as; Micellar Casein which is intended for use before bed; Natural Whey which contains no artificial sweeteners; 100% Native Whey which only uses whey protein direct from fresh milk rather than from cheese by-product so it has a stronger amino acid profile; 3D Protein which is a mix of slow- medium- and fast-release protein for a steady release of protein into the system over time.   • There are dates on my product which contradict the BBE date printed on the label, it looks like the product has expired, what do the dates mean?
    These dates relate to the artwork creation date, not the product BBE. If in doubt, please contact us to confirm.
  • When is best time to take my products?
    This varies from product to product, and will be covered in the "instructions for use" section of the product in question.
  • Are your products free from seafood/shellfish/crustacea?
    We take great care to keep Reflex products free of unnecessary ingredients and allergens. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to avoid all allergens.

  • Are there any allergens in Reflex products?

  • Are Reflex products suitable for Diabetics (Type 1 and 2)?
    Unfortunately we cannot provide a definite answer on this as this is a medical condition and you should consult your doctor about it. If you are diabetic and trying Reflex products for the first time then we recommend you do so in a controlled environment and with medical supervision.
  • Are Reflex products OK for children?
    Reflex products contain a variety of different ingredients formulated for persons over the age of 16. Whilst the levels of the ingredients are dosed at levels which would not be harmful to children, we would not recommend children to use these products, especially those containing caffeine.
  • Are Reflex products safe for pregnant women?
    Some of our products are not recommended to pregnant or breastfeeding women. We advise that you consult your doctor before consuming any of our products.
  • Can I mix the drinks the night before?
    Reflex drinks do not contain any preservatives so should be consumed soon after mixing. If you mix it the night before, we recommend storing the mixed drink in the fridge overnight.
  • Are your products Halal?
    All Reflex products are Halal certified. The link to our certification body and list of products can be found here.
  • I’ve got a discount code but it does not work?
    Discount codes are case sensitive, please try again and if that doesn’t fix it then please contact us. Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • How do I know if my product is genuine?
    Contact us with the product name, batch number and best before date and we can confirm that for you.
  • What shall I do if I can't find the scoop in my product?
    It can settle to the bottom of the tub/jar during transit, please search the entire tub. If it is definitely missing, please contact us for a replacement.
  • Do you use soy protein?
    Soy protein is a cheap alternative, but we never have and never will use it because it has less essential and branched chain amino acids than pea and whey.
  • Do you use aspartame in your products?
    No! We know our customers don’t like it, so we don’t use it. Plus, it doesn’t taste great.
