Biscuit spread cookies? Yes please!

Ingredients (6 Cookies):
- 30g Vanilla Bean Plant-Based Protein
- 2 ripe Bananas, mashed
- 3 tbsp Biscuit Spread
- 2-4tbsp Oats
- 4 tbsp Non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup Flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (or nut of choice)
Method:
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- Mix together bananas, spread & milk.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix to form a sticky dough
- Spread onto baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before eating.
