FLAPNUTS (Flapjack doughnuts!)

Yep you heard it here first – flapnuts! Big thanks to Reflex PT @truestfitness for this AMAZING recipe. Oats and golden syrup give you a flapjack texture, moulded into a circle for a doughnut shape. Genius! 

This recipe is made with Instant Mass Heavyweight Chocolate Perfection for extra calories, carbs and protein but if you don’t want the extra calories or carbs just swap it for a low calorie protein option like Instant Whey Pro

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 150g melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 1-2 scoops of Instant Mass Heavyweight Chocolate Perfection
  • Milk & White chocolate chips

 

Method:

Mix together, mould into the doughnut shape, leave to set and enjoy 🍩
