How Much Is Delivery?

Standard UK Mainland Delivery:
- £4 for orders under £50.
- Free for orders £50 and over.

Next Day UK Mainland Delivery:
- £6 (available Monday to Thursday on orders placed before 1pm).

Jersey, Guernsey & Isle of Man:
- Flat rate of £16.99.

Delivery charges are calculated based on your final order total after any discounts are applied.

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including:

  • Jersey
  • Guernsey
  • Isle of Man


Please note:
We’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or shipping agent addresses.

When do we deliver?

Standard Delivery: Expect your parcel within 3–5 working days

Next Day Delivery: Order by 1pm Monday–Thursday for delivery the next working day*. Orders after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday

Bank holidays/national holidays will affect delivery times

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm. We’re unable to guarantee an exact time slot, but you’ll receive updates from Evri, including a 2-hour delivery window.

*Next Day Delivery does not include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Off-Shore Deliveries.

How do we deliver?

All UK deliveries are handled by Evri, one of the UK’s leading parcel services.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email from Evri confirming it’s Out for Delivery, along with your 2-hour time slot.

What if I'm not home to sign for my delivery?

No worries - Evri doesn’t require a signature.

Instead, they’ll take a photo of your parcel at your door as proof of delivery.

If you haven’t selected a 'Safe Place', 'Preferred Neighbour', 'Pick-Up Shop', or 'Locker', your parcel will be returned to the depot and reattempted the next working day.

Please note:
If your parcel isn’t collected or redelivered within 5 days, it will be returned to us. A return charge may apply.

Cancellations and Returns

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be in some way defective or unwanted. In keeping with our commitment to providing you with excellent service, we offer the following by way of cancellation and returns.

Can I cancel my order? If so, how much notice do I need to give?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date on which the products are delivered to you without giving any reason (“Cooling-off Period”).

You can cancel your order during the Cooling-off Period by notifying us in writing (by email to info@reflexnutrition.com or by post) and stating clearly that you wish to cancel your order and returning the products supplied, to: AB Sports Nutrition, Sea View Way, Brighton, BN2 6NT, without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. You will bear the costs of returning the products to us.

For ease, you may wish to use the Model Cancellation Form set out below:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication setting out your wish to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

What happens if I cancel an order?

If you cancel your order by following the above instructions, we will reimburse to you all payments received by you (including, if applicable, the original cost of delivery to you, but not the cost of returning the product to us) in respect of the returned products.

What if there's a problem with the product?

We are under a legal obligation to supply products that conform with the Contract. Therefore, if the products delivered are not of satisfactory quality or do not conform to the description provided or any other terms set out herein upon delivery, you may cancel the contract and obtain a full refund (including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the items to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us) within 30 days of the date of purchase by returning the products to us at: Reflex Nutrition, Sea View Way, Brighton, BN2 6NT.

We will not refund products which have been opened or tampered with or which have been consumed in whole or in part (unless the products are defective and such defect was only apparent on opening of the product). It is your responsibility to ensure products are returned in suitable packaging, we will make a deduction from the reimbursement of any items returned damaged if they are not suitably packaged.
