MANGO YOGHURT BARK

Try out this delicious protein packed snack made with brand new Mango Clear Whey Isolate! Big thanks to @treatsbyteee for this delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
Method: 
  1. Dissolve the gelatine as instructed.

  2. Mix 1 scoop (10g) of mango clear whey with 150ml water.

  3. Add to the gelatine mix and pop in the fridge to begin setting.

  4. In the meantime, line a shallow baking tray with great proof paper.

  5. In a bowl, mix as much yoghurt as you think you’ll need with some mango Clear Whey Isolate (mix to taste - the more you add the stronger the mango flavour will be).

  6. Once combined, tip out onto the tray and spread out evenly.

  7. Pop the tray in the freezer to begin setting.

  8. After about 10 mins, take the yoghurt and mango jelly mix out.

  9. Pour the jelly mix onto the yoghurt and swirl through the yoghurt using a spoon.

  10. Top with chopped dried mango and pop back in the freezer until fully set.

Remove from the freezer and slice into chunks and enjoy! Store in the freezer.
