There's nothing like treating yourself after pushing yourself through an intense workout. If you can't reward yourself with a high-protein indulgent shake what can you do!
Chocolatey, creamy and a caffeine hit, this shake is guaranteed to refresh and revive you.
- 250-300ml coconut milk
- 1 scoop of ice
- 2 scoops of 1/2 frozen banana
- 2 scoops of 100% Whey Chocolate protein powder
- 1 espresso shot (decaf or caff)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Blend all ingredients for around 20-30s or until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
