Banana, Coconut and Vanilla Protein Ice Cream Recipe

After a tropical taste of summer with all the benefits of protein? Here's the QUICKEST  ice cream recipe that will definitely cure those cravings!


  • 170g Greek Yoghurt
  • 100ml coconut milk
  • 2 x frozen bananas
  • A handful of desiccated coconut
  • 25g of 100% Whey Protein Vanilla Ice Cream

Serves 4


1. Combine all the ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a blender

2. Pour into a container

3. Add the coconut

4. Freeze for at least 2 hours Enjoy!
