100% Whey is named after its main ingredient whey protein concentrate, which is a protein source extracted from the liquid left behind during cheese production. It typically contains around 70% protein, with the remaining % consisting of the beneficial nutrients found in whole whey, such as healthy fats, carbohydrates and immune-boosting peptides. This also means it is higher in lactose. Due to the presence of fats and carbohydrates, 100% Whey has a creamier texture and a richer taste.

At Reflex, we don’t use any old whey protein concentrate. Whilst this is our most affordable protein you’ll notice it’s not the cheapest in the market. And there’s a good reason for that. We go the extra mile to find the best grass-fed protein and formulate it to perfection. We use two types of special whey protein concentrate:

Instantised Whey Protein Concentrate: Whey protein concentrate that has undergone a process to improve how it mixes and dissolves. So no risk of clumps and no need for vigorous shaking, making it ideal for smoothies and shakes.

Ultra-Filtered Whey Protein Concentrate: Whey protein concentrate that’s been specially filtered to remove impurities whilst preserving valuable nutrients - we class this as the ‘best’, ‘most filtered’ whey concentrate you can get.

Recommended Usage

Consume 2-3 servings daily, ideally before or after a workout.

Mix 35g, which is approximately two level 60ml scoops (which is included in the tub), with 200ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender.

These are guidelines and a thicker consistency can be achieved with less liquid, or non-skimmed milk.

Once mixed, drink immediately and do not leave to stand. The scoop measures in millilitres not grams, so for precise measurements we recommend using weighing scales.

This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is up to 3 serving per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16.

Creatine Monohydrate is completely tasteless, so simply add to your drink of choice, we recommend mixing with water, protein shakes or juice.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise when maintaining a daily dose of 3 to 5g. Regardless of what phase you're in if you want the benefits of creatine you need to maintain this level of creatine concentration in your muscles, therefore we recommend you take it even on your rest days.

As a general rule of thumb, for every 1g of Creatine, mix with at least 100ml liquid.

Creatine needs to be taken immediately after mixing as the potency of Creatine is lost if left to stand for prolonged periods.
