Each serving delivers a rich, full-flavoured hot chocolate drink made with lemon balm extract, ashwagandha, and other carefully selected active ingredients. It’s simple, repeatable, and designed to fit into your nightly routine
Lemon balm extract (Melissa officinalis L.) supports sleep onset and helps to decrease restlessness and irritability – allowing your body and mind to settle naturally. Ashwagandha then contributes to optimal relaxation and emotional balance. Working together, they contribute to calm rest and help you maintain healthy sleep – so you wake refreshed, restored, and ready to perform.
HOW TO USE
Mix one 10 g scoop with 100 ml of hot water, stir well, and drink around 1 hour before bed.
