Protein-Packed Post-Workout Smoothies

Salted Banoffee, or Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake — what’s your favourite protein-packed smoothie?

The secret to a great protein smoothie is a simple recipe, fresh ingredients, and a high quality, great tasting protein powder.

We’ve created two easy-to-make smoothies using Instant Whey Pro for you to enjoy.

Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie

Creamy, chocolatey and full of nutrients, this is the perfect post-workout smoothie that tastes like dessert!

  • 50g low fat cream cheese
  • 50g Greek yogurt
  • 150ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 25g Chocolate Instant Whey Pro
  • 1tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1tsp honey (optional)

Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for a couple of minutes until smooth. Sweeten with honey if needed. 

Salted Banoffee Super Shake

Packed with protein and fruit, this makes a great on-the-go breakfast.

1 small, ripe banana

  • 100g soft fruit (berries or mango works well)
  • 20g oats
  • 200ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 25g Salted Peanut Caramel Instant Whey Pro
  • 1tsp honey (optional)
  • 1tbsp granola for topping (optional)

Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Add a little more milk if you like your smoothie a thinner. Sweeten with honey and top with the granola if using.
