Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie
Creamy, chocolatey and full of nutrients, this is the perfect post-workout smoothie that tastes like dessert!
- 50g low fat cream cheese
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 150ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 100g frozen raspberries
- 25g Chocolate Instant Whey Pro
- 1tbsp cocoa powder
- 1tsp honey (optional)
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for a couple of minutes until smooth. Sweeten with honey if needed.
Salted Banoffee Super Shake
Packed with protein and fruit, this makes a great on-the-go breakfast.
1 small, ripe banana
- 100g soft fruit (berries or mango works well)
- 20g oats
- 200ml milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 25g Salted Peanut Caramel Instant Whey Pro
- 1tsp honey (optional)
- 1tbsp granola for topping (optional)
Simply place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth. Add a little more milk if you like your smoothie a thinner. Sweeten with honey and top with the granola if using.
