Magnesium is the main ingredient in Zinc Matrix. Magnesium is the second most abundant element within the body and forms building blocks which make up our tissues and bodily fluids. Zinc is the second ingredient, which is important in maintaining normal protein synthesis as well as normal metabolism of macronutrient's and fatty acids.
Finally, we add copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and protection of cells from oxidative stress.

HOW TO USE
Recommended Usage
Take four capsules daily before bed.
This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is 4 capsules per day.
