It is quick and easy and counts towards your daily protein intake, using Pumpkin pureĢeĀ makes a consistency which does not melt, perfect!
Ingredients
- 1 Large Frozen Banana
- 1/3 Cup (80g) Pumpkin PureĢe
- Ā½ Table Spoon Cacao powder
- Ā½ Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- Ā¼ Teaspoon of Ginger
- Ā¼ Teaspoon of Nutmeg
- 15g of Plant-Based Protein Cacao & Caramel
EquipmentĀ
- Blender
MethodĀ
- Prepare your workstation with the ingredients above.
- Add your frozen Banana, Pumpkin pureĢeĀ , Cinnamon, Ginger and Nutmeg to the blender and blend together.
- Once blended add 15g of our Plant-Based ProteinĀ Cacao & Caramel and blend again.
- Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings!
