Consume 1-3 servings daily.
Mix 25g, which is approximately two level 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 300ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender.
These are guidelines and more or less water can be added to taste.
Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.
