PRODUCT INFO
The process involved in making our Micellar Casein is ultra filtration that is carried out at low temperature to capture every single valuable milk protein in its native form. By using a low temperature, we are able to carefully filter out unwanted fat and sugars without harming the protein molecules, resulting in an exceptional casein powder.
Our Micellar Casein does not contain any other types of added protein, including soy, glycine or anything that would water the product down.

HOW TO USE
Consume one serving daily, ideally before bedtime. Alternatively, take Micellar Casein during the day when no food will be eaten for at least three hours.
Mix 33g, which is approximately three heaped 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 400ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are guidelines, for a creamier or thicker shake, simply add more or less liquid to taste.
Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.
This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is one 33 g serving per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16.
