Take one to three capsules, two to four times daily, or as prescribed by a medical practitioner.
Each capsule provides: 450mg bovine colostrum (30% immunoglobulins).
Use in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is up to twelve capsules per day.
