This drip-feeds the muscles with protein over a longer period of time, helping to ensure that the body has a constant supply of amino acids throughout your recovery period.
10% Egg White Protein Isolate With a medium rate of digestion, pure egg whites have been the Ôgo to' protein for those looking for an alternative to whey, pea and milk.

We recommend you consume 1-2 servings daily, ideally post-workout.
Mix 35g, which is approximately three heaped 25ml measures (there is a scoop included in the tub), with 350ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender. These are guidelines, and for a creamier or thicker shake, more or less liquid can be added to taste. Once mixed, consume immediately.
