1. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all rules and guidelines applicable to the use of Facebook and Instagram including the rules located at: http://www.facebook.com/terms.php, and https://help.instagram.com/478745558852511.

3. How to enter the ‘Spin the Shaker’ Promotion:
   1. To be eligible to enter this promotion to win one of three Reflex Nutrition Sample Packs (see below for details), entrants must sign up to Reflex Nutrition’s Email Newsletter through the registration form of the promotion here: [insert link].
   2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and be residents of the UK only.
   3. One entry allowed per person during the promotional period. Details submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible or misdirected form submissions will not be accepted.

4. Promotion Period: The promotion is open to entries from 00 GMT on 7 December 2020 until 23.59 BST on 31 January 2021.

5. Reflex Nutrition Sample Pack’s and how to claim:
   1. The Promoter is offering those who enter the Promotion a chance to win one of three Reflex Nutrition Sample Packs sold at reflexnutrition.com (the “Site”). There is an equal chance to win the following Sample Packs:

2. Each Reflex Nutrition Sample Pack will be made available via a coupon code which will be emailed to winners of this promotion. The coupon code must be redeemed at reflexnutrition.com within 2 weeks of receipt, after which time it will expire and cease to be valid. Winners will need to go to www.reflexnutrition.com, place the Sample Pack they have won in their basket and then insert the coupon code where indicated. Please note that the prize does not include applicable shipping charges. The standard UK shipping charge of £2.00 must be paid at the time of ordering the Reflex Nutrition Trial Pack, unless the overall order qualifies for free shipping (orders of £35 and over).
3. The coupon codes will be sent to eligible entrants who win the promotion via email to the email address supplied at the time of entry. If any eligible entrant declines a prize or reward, or fails to complete any of the entry steps described above, or fails to use the coupon within 2 weeks of receipt, the entrant will forfeit any right to their prize or reward.
4. All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

The Promoter reserves the right to discount any inappropriate or offensive entries and to disqualify any entries if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion (including, without limitation, by setting up multiple email accounts in order to submit multiple entries).

7. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

8. Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.

9. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this promotion.

10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram do not bear any responsibility for this promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel.

The Promoter shall use entrants’ personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and for sending further information on our products, offers and marketing materials (following your acceptance to receive such information) as set out in the Promoter’s privacy notice available at https://reflexnutrition.com/pages/privacy.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
