Reflex Great Taste Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The Reflex Great Taste Guarantee (“Taste Guarantee”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Promoter:

AB Sports Nutrition, a division of ABF Grain Products Limited, Sea View Way, Brighton, BN2 6NT, United Kingdom (“Reflex Nutrition” or the “Promoter”).

  1. The Taste Guarantee relates exclusively to Reflex Nutrition’s products listed below which bear the Reflex Great Taste Guarantee on their packaging. Other Reflex Nutrition products are not eligible.

  1. The Taste Guarantee will run from 20 May 2024. Products purchased on or after this date are eligible for participation in the Taste Guarantee, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Eligibility: To make a claim under this Taste Guarantee:
  • You must be a natural person aged 18 years or over and have purchased a Product for domestic and private use (not for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose) (‘You’ or ‘the Customer’).
  • You must follow the “Claim Instructions” set out in the table below.
  • Only one claim under this Taste Guarantee is allowed per Customer. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a Customer has already submitted a claim and to refuse any subsequent claims.
  • (Only applicable to in-store purchases) You must provide a valid email address to enable the voucher to be emailed to you.
  • This Taste Guarantee is not open to any employees of the Promoter.
  • Proof of Purchase necessary. You must retain the itemised receipt(s) or proof of your online order (where you have not purchased a Product via https://reflexnutrition.com/) clearly showing purchase of the relevant Product and the date of purchase.
  • Your claim must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase (order date).

Product purchased from the Reflex online store (https://reflexnutrition.com/)

Email us at info@reflexnutrition.com with details of your name, the date of your order, the order number and the lot number for the Product purchased (which you can find on pack) to receive a refund of the original purchase price you paid for the Product. Providing your claim falls within the eligibility criteria, we will refund the original purchase price you paid for the Product using the same payment details as for your original order.  The refund should be processed within a period of approximately 2 weeks following Reflex Nutrition’s acceptance of your claim. There will be no notification of the refund process.  A cash payout is not possible.

 

Product purchased from a UK retail store or other UK seller. 

If you purchase a Product from a UK retail store or other UK seller (other than via https://reflexnutrition.com/), email us at info@reflexnutrition.com to receive a voucher (redeemable on https://reflexnutrition.com/) for the value of the original purchase price you paid for the Product. You must provide a valid email address and provide proof of purchase (original receipt) or proof of your online order (where you have not purchased a Product via https://reflexnutrition.com/) and the lot number for the Product purchased (which you can find on pack).

 

We will email you a voucher/voucher code to redeem on https://reflexnutrition.com/ for the value of the original purchase price you paid for the Product. Voucher codes are valid for 12 months. You should receive your voucher code email within 2 weeks following Reflex Nutrition’s acceptance of your claim.

 

Product purchased outside the UK/Any other purchase route not addressed above.

If you purchase a Product outside of the UK, or via any other purchase route not addressed above, please get in touch with us via the Contact Us section of https://reflexnutrition.com/ and we will contact you to determine the appropriate method to provide you with a refund/voucher for the value of the original purchase price you paid for the Product (dependent on original purchase route).

 

You must provide a valid email address and provide proof of purchase (original receipt or proof of online order where relevant) and the lot number for the Product purchased (which you can find on pack).

 

 

General Terms applicable to all claims

  1. Claims submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint claims are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late claims will not be accepted. No third party or bulk claims. If it becomes apparent that any third party is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, using multiple email addresses, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, sharing receipts, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these individuals will be disqualified, and any claim entitlement will be void.
  2. This Taste Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. In particular, if you purchased your products ‘at a distance’ (online), you may have a statutory right of return for any unopened products.   3. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claims if the Promoter, at its sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the Taste Guarantee.
  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Taste Guarantee by providing reasonable notice on https://reflexnutrition.com/.
  5. Decisions of the Promoter are final in all matters relating to the Taste Guarantee. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.
  6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected claims.
  7. Nothing in these terms excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, or any other liability that the Promoter may not exclude by law. Subject to that, the Promoter and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Taste Guarantee.  In particular, the Promoter cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions, such as network, electronic or computer failures, or data transmission problems.
  8. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining other provisions shall continue to apply.
  9. The Promoter shall use claimants‘ personal data only for the purposes of carrying out the Taste Guarantee, in particular to verify eligibility and to process your refund/voucher claim. The Promoter’s privacy notice is available at https://reflexnutrition.com/pages/privacy.  In certain circumstances the Promoter may be asked to provide claimants‘ personal data to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) who publish and enforce the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the “Code”) and to other Regulators and enforcement bodies.  This use of claimants‘ personal data is necessary for the Promoter’s legitimate interests in complying with the Code and/or its other legal requirements.  You may object to the disclosure to the ASA and to other Regulators and enforcement bodies by emailing info@reflexnutrition.com, giving reasons.  The Promoter will take these reasons into account if the ASA or other Regulators or enforcement bodies ask for claimants‘ details. Please note, however, that the Promoter may nevertheless still be required to disclose this information.
  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
