Competition Winners' Privacy Notice

Congratulations on winning our promotion
When you entered the promotion, you agreed to our Terms and Conditions and we gave you a privacy notice to explain how we would process your personal data in connection with the promotion.
This notice sets out some additional information about how we process your data now that you’re a winner and sets out your data rights.

As a winner, we use your data to:

• Administer the competition, prize draw or promotion

We will use your data to administer the competition, to communicate competition results and to deliver prizes.
When we use your personal data for these purposes, we do so because it is necessary for us to collect and use this information for the performance of our contract with you in accordance with our competition rules.

• Comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (Code)

As you have won, we will make your name and county of residence available on request to anyone who sends us a self-addressed envelope within 10 weeks of the closing date of the competition.

We will also make your name and county of residence available to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), who enforce the Code, if they ask us.

We disclose information in this way because it is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests in complying with the Code.

You have the right to object to these disclosures of your data at any time. If you wish to object please contact us as soon as possible. If you don’t want us to disclose your data to the ASA, please include your reasons. We’ll take these into account if we are asked to disclose the information to the ASA.
