HOW TO USE
Mix 10 g (1 level scoop) in 200 ml or 20 g (2 level scoops) in 400 ml of cold water. Do not take more than 20 g as a serving per day. Important: Please assess your tolerance before using The Muscle Bomb® as part of your diet and training regime. To do this, please start by consuming a standard (10 g) serve.
Use in conjunction with food as part of a healthy and varied diet, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption is up to 20 g of product in a day. What is Instant Whey™ Pro?
Instant Whey™ Pro is our flagship high-in-protein and low-in-fats powder, and has been for nearly two decades. We use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey™ Pro also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

HOW TO USE
Consume up to 3 servings per day, ideally post-workout.
Mix 25g with 150ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender - more or less water can be added to suit your preference.
Alternatively we absolutely love this product mixed in with Greek yoghurt (typically 100g greek yoghurt with 25g Instant Whey Pro) as a post dinner sweet treat.
Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams. Creatine Monohydrate is completely tasteless, so simply add to your drink of choice, we recommend mixing with water, protein shakes or juice.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise when maintaining a daily dose of 3 to 5g. Regardless of what phase you're in if you want the benefits of creatine you need to maintain this level of creatine concentration in your muscles, therefore we recommend you take it even on your rest days.
As a general rule of thumb, for every 1g of Creatine, mix with at least 100ml liquid.
Creatine needs to be taken immediately after mixing as the potency of Creatine is lost if left to stand for prolonged periods.
This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet, it is not suitable for those under 18.
