HOW TO USE

Mix 30g (approximately two level 25 ml scoops or two heaped tablespoons if no scoop in pouch) of powder with 300ml water or plant-based milk and shake well. Alternatively, you can enjoy Plant-Based Protein by:

- Mixing with oats to boost your breakfast with a protein hit

- Blending with fruit to make a delicious post-workout smoothie

- Creating snacks by mixing in your favourite ingredients and moulding into bars or bites. Ideal for post-workout or as a protein hit anytime of day.
