Terms & Conditions: Body Power

1. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter of this promotion is AB Sports Nutrition, a division of ABF Grain Products Ltd, Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4QU. United Kingdom. Registered Company Number: 00079590 (the “Promoter”).

3. Promotion Period:

a.The Promotion Period is at the BodyPower Event and shall commence on 09.00hrs on 10.05.2019 until 18.00hrs on 12.05.2019.

4. To Enter:

a. The Promotion is open only at the Reflex Nutrition stand of the Body Power Event 2019. To enter, entrants must complete the Reflex Body Power Challenge [10 pull ups, 20 press ups and 200m on a Watt bike] whilst having their time recorded.

b. Entrants must be in good physical fitness and health and must not be suffering from any illness or injury. Participation in this competition shall be at the entrants own risk. The Promotor will not be liable for any injury, loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage howsoever arising which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

c. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this competition.

d. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

e. No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion. Maximum one entry per person.

5. The Prizes: There are nine prizes to be won. Each winner shall receive a complete set of the Reflex Nutrition XFT range comprised of: 1 x Recover & Refuel - 1.2kg, 1 x Rest & Maintain – 500g, 1 x Energise & Hydrate – 450g, 1 x Creatine - 150g, 1 x Omega 3+ - 90 Capsules, 1 x Zinc & Magnesium - 100 Capsules

6. Winner Selection: The winners of the “Fastest Male and Female” competitions for each day shall be the one (1) male and one (1) female entrant to complete the Reflex Body Power Challenge in the fastest time each day. The three (3) winners of the prize draw will be randomly selected from all valid entries during the prize draw period. The prize draw will be conducted using a computer process that produces verifiably random results, by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.

7. Winner Notification: The winners will be notified within seven days of the end of the Body Power Event 2019 via email provided and will be asked to provide their home address so that their prize can be delivered. Only one prize permitted per entrant. Each winner may also be asked to share a picture of themselves with their prize on social media but this will be at the winner’s discretion. If a winner fails to respond to two emails within seven days of the first, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If the winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize and a redraw will take place. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

8. The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

9. All copyright in the entries is the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to use any entries for such purposes and no additional payment will be made for using entries in this way.

10. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any infringement of any third party intellectual property rights caused by entrants entering this competition.

11. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and which prevents the Promoters from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoters will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations.

12. The Promoters may refuse to award a Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.

14. You agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.

15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
