HMB is created as a by-product during the process of breaking the amino acid, leucine, down.
It is produced from the protein in our diet, and is also found in small quantities in grapefruit, alfalfa and catfish.

HOW TO USE
Take 2 g (approximately one level 5 ml measure) and mix with water, fruit juice, or other cold drinks, up to two times daily as required by bodyweight: persons <60kg take 1 serving daily, persons >60kg take 2 servings daily.
