Elevate your nutrition with a refreshingly juicy, high quality whey protein isolate and Creatine Monohydrate to build strength in and outside of the gym. Clear Whey Isolate comes in Mango flavour (also available in Raspberry & Tropical)
Unlike traditional 'milkshake' protein shakes, Clear Whey Isolate is more like juice. Packed with 20g of quality protein per serve and key electrolytes, it's the ideal way to ensure you fully recover and replenish after a hot and sweaty workout.
The main ingredient in Clear Whey Isolate is whey protein isolate, which is processed using membrane filtration technology to give one of the purest and most concentrated forms of whey by separating it from the fat, carbohydrates and lactose present in fresh milk. We've also added key electrolytes to make sure your body gets the vital minerals that are lost through sweat.
If you’re looking to build muscle mass, strength and enhance your physical performance, look no further. Creatine is stored in the muscles and is used during exercise to provide energy. By supplementing with creatine, you can increase the amount of energy available to your muscles, which can lead to more explosive movements and greater strength gains (1,2). Creatine can help athletes to train more effectively and stimulate greater muscle growth. This is especially true when combined with resistance training, as the increased energy provided by creatine can help you to lift heavier weights and perform more reps.(3,4).
Although the body naturally makes creatine in the liver, kidneys and pancreas, it only creates half of the daily creatine that we require. The body contains, on average, between 80g to 130g of creatine, digesting or excreting one to two percent of it per day. That's why if you want to see your physical performance improve it's vital to top up your stores with a creatine supplement.1. Volek, J. S., Duncan, N. D., & Mazzetti, S. A. (1999). Mix 30 g (approximately three 25 ml scoops or three heaped tablespoons) with 500 ml water and shake well. Max servings per day -3
Creatine Monohydrate is completely tasteless, so simply add to your drink of choice, we recommend mixing with water, protein shakes or juice. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise when maintaining a daily dose of 3 to 5g.
As a general rule of thumb, for every 1g of Creatine, mix with at least 100ml liquid. Creatine needs to be taken immediately after mixing as the potency of Creatine is lost if left to stand for prolonged periods.
This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet, it is not suitable for those under 18.
