To make this great-tasting shake mix 100g (approximately 3 heaped scoops) with 350ml water or skimmed milk until a smooth, even consistency of powder is achieved.
Reflex Crunchy Pieces will not dissolve when mixed.
Shake well before use. 1 scoop = 60ml measure (approximately 33g).
These are guidelines and more or less liquid can be added to taste.

Iso Pro 2:1’s only source of protein is whey protein isolate, so your body can have the maximum benefit from this premium protein.
High-quality protein deserves a high-quality carbohydrate source. That’s why we’ve used zero fat, zero sugar enzyme hydrolysed Waxy Maize Starch as the main source. No dextrose, no maltodextrin, just highly soluble Waxy Maize Starch, a complex carbohydrate that reaches your digestive system quickly. The slow release nature of this carbohydrate is what makes it perfect for recovery and muscle growth.
To complement our selection of high-quality carbs and protein, we’ve added Chromium, a mineral that contributes to the normal regulation of blood glucose levels.
Finally, we wanted to give Iso Pro 2:1 the edge. So, we’ve topped it up with MCT oil. This is derived from coconut oil by the removal of its long chain fatty acids.
R-Bars
The main ingredients in our R-Bars are whey protein from grass-fed cows, gluco fibre, almonds, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, water, natural flavourings and natural sweetener stevia.
Absolutely no palm oil is used, R-Bars are also free from genetically-modified ingredients, corn syrup/solids, glucose syrup, invert syrup, preservatives, artificial flavours, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, soy protein and any whey or milk protein not proven to be free from rBGH (recombinant bovine growth hormone).
R-Bars are made from whey protein concentrates, which has a very high biological value and are created by separating whey from milk during the cheese-making process. During the cheese-making process, milk is separated to form curds and whey. The whey is collected and treated to get it to its most pure form.
We use almond or peanut butter in our protein bars; by roasting whole nuts with their skins on, before grinding them to a fine butter, this is the purest natural nut butter, with absolutely nothing else added. Nut butters are also a good natural source of poly and mono unsaturated fats, fibre, magnesium and vitamin E.
