What is Instant Whey™ Pro?
Instant Whey™ Pro is our flagship high-in-protein and low-in-fats powder, and has been for nearly two decades. If you're looking for a protein that's high quality but low in calories, at 96kcal for 20g of protein per serve, this ones for you. Plus, to make sure you really get along with Instant Whey Pro, we've added digestive enzymes and friendly bacteria.
Protein intake is an essential component for muscle growth and amino acids are the building blocks of protein. However, it can be difficult to obtain the correct amount of protein from food, which is where supplements come in. By using a protein supplement after a workout, you can help to ensure that your muscles recover faster.
We use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey™ Pro also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

As it's high in protein and low in fat it's the ideal choice for those who want to tone and sculpt without the extra carbs or calories. It's also suitable for vegetarians.

HOW TO USE
Consume up to 3 servings per day, ideally post-workout.
Mix 25g with 150ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender - more or less water can be added to suit your preference.
Alternatively we absolutely love this product mixed in with Greek yoghurt (typically 100g greek yoghurt with 25g Instant Whey Pro) as a post dinner sweet treat.
Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams. This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not as a substitute for such. Recommended consumption up to three 25 g servings per day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Keep out of reach of young children.
