Protein is a daily essential for everyone but especially if you’re training. You want to maximise your efforts in the gym by ensuring your body is getting the protein it needs to grow and maintain your muscles.
We expertly crafted a blend of protein sources, including whey from grass-fed cows. That’s whey without the hormones, antibiotics and nasties, with all 9 essential amino acids to give you 20g of protein to promote muscle growth.
Using our own in-house flavour experts we've created a delicious and smooth chocolate caramel and vanilla fudge.

Available in 500g pouches (14 servings).
HOW TO USE
Mix 35g, which is approximately 2 heaped tablespoons with 300ml water or milk and shake well. This product does not contain a scoop.
These are guidelines and a thicker consistency can be achieved with less liquid, or non-skimmed milk.
Once mixed, consume immediately.
Ideal for post-workout or as a protein hit anytime of day.
This is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet.
