Plant-Based Protein
Reflex puts quality, taste and function at the forefront of every product that we develop and that's why Plant-Based protein has been designed to offer a complete essential amino acid profile from a blend of pea, brown rice and organic pumpkin protein with natural flavours that tastes delicious!
Protein intake is an essential component for muscle growth and amino acids are the building blocks of protein. However, it can be difficult to obtain the correct amount of protein from food, which is where supplements come in. By using a protein supplement after a workout, you can help to ensure that your muscles recover faster.
Reflex is always looking for sustainable packaging solutions and ways to reduce our carbon footprint. We searched far and wide to find a compostable pouch, compostable flavour labels and recyclable scoops. Always remember to dispose of your pouch in the compost bin.
Vitamin D3
Vitamin D is a vital vitamin for the body to function properly. The body naturally produces it when the skin reacts to being in the sunlight, and it is essential for health and vitality. It is important to maintain a healthy level of the vitamin, as it manages calcium levels in your blood, as well as helping cells to communicate effectively through the body. Vitamin D3 is formed using ultraviolet B rays from the sun (UVB), and is thought to be three times as potent as Vitamin D2.
Each bottle contains 100 capsules.
Omega 3
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) are omega 3 fatty acids, found naturally in cold water fish.
These omega 3 fatty acids are good for us because they are high in unsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are the good fats. Omega 3 fatty acids are essential because the body cannot make them. They must, therefore, be consumed through the diet, and EPA and DHA are the two most important fatty acids in our whole diet.
Each bottle contains 90 capsules.
